The 10 Day Starter Kit Challenge

We are challenging you to 10 days of exploration and discovery! Getting overwhelmed is easy when you first start using oils, so we have this challenge for you to do so that you can get familiar with the oils and find out what you love!

Day One


Let's get that diffuser going! This is the easiest way to use your oils, plus it makes your house smell great! Add water up to the red fill line on your diffuser. Place 3-4 drops of lavender and 3-4 drops of Stress Away to the water and turn it on!

Bonus: Try an epsom salt soak for some extra R&R. Add 3-4 drop of lavender to 1 cup of epsom salts to your bath…glass of wine optional!

Day Two

Drink Up

This may be a personal favorite! Add 1-2 drops of lemon to your big glass of water (watch out, the lemon can come out of the bottle fast!) Lemon helps your body detox, flush out toxins and it tastes great so you will want to keep drinking water all day! It's hard to get dehydrated when water tastes this great!

Tip: Always use glass or stainless containers when adding oils to your beverage!

Day Three

Wake Up

Good morning! It's time to get up and start your long day but for some reason that 8 hours just didn't cut it. Add a drop of peppermint to your wrists in the morning for a little pick-me-up! Carrier oils can be used with the peppermint for sensitive skin (2-3 drops).

Bonus: If you want to get everyone up and moving in the morning, add 3-4 drops of peppermint and 3-4 drops of lemon to your diffuser!

Day Four

Health & Wellness

Let's talk about how to boost your immune system, respiratory system and digestive system. Adding one drop of thieves to your water, smoothie, or tea in the morning can give your immune system the little boost it needs- plus it tastes great! Respiratory system weakened? Add a drop or two of RC to your chest or try Digize and peppermint around your naval for your digestive system.

Tip: Roller bottles are really easy (and fun) to make! Once you have the supplies to do so, add 10 drops of thieves and 10 drops of purification to your bottle and fill with the carrier oil! This can then be rolled on your feet for extra immune support!

Day Five

Relieve Those Muscles

Experiencing sore muscles from your gym session or back pain from sitting at work? Break out the PanAway. You can apply this directly to your sore spots whether it be your neck, shoulders, back, legs…you get the idea! Use carrier oil as necessary.

Bonus: Did you know that copaiba is a natural magnifier of oils? This means that when you add this to another oil, it will increase its working power. Add a little copaiba with your PanAway if your muscles are really sore!

Day Six

Get Some Sleep

Between work and family and cleaning and errands, it can be hard to wind down at night and get a good nights sleep! Try adding some lavender to your palms, rubbing them together, cupping your hands and inhaling. This will help you relax and get sleepy!

Tip: Stress Away could be another great oil to use if you are unable to get your mind off work etc. You can inhale this with the lavender or put both in the diffuser!

Day Seven


It's 3 o'clock and you've hit a wall. It's a little too late for coffee but the day isn't close to over…what do you do? Break out the peppermint! The invigorating scent can wake you up a little and get you back on track to finish your day!

Bonus: Another good option is Stress Away to relax and boost your mood! Apply to palms, rub, cup, and inhale OR put on your wrists and back of neck!

Day Eight


Thieves is a personal favorite in our household. We make spray bottles so it can easily be used on counters, floors, windows and just about anything else. Thieves is a blend of clove oil, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus radiate and rosemary cineol that creates antiviral and antiseptic properties. Add 10 drops of thieves with 10 oz of distilled water and start replacing all of the harmful chemical filled cleaners in your house!

Tip: Make a small spray bottle to keep in your purse as a natural hand sanitizer!

Day Nine


Here is a recipe for the ultimate three-minute facial: In a small glass bowl, add 2 drops of lemon, 2 drops of lavender, 2 drops of frankincense and 2 drops of purification with 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Dampen your face with water and apply mixture. Let sit for 1-2 minutes and wipe off with a cotton pad. The lemon can help with sun spots while the frankincense works on those fine lines and wrinkles.

Bonus: If you do not have time for a mini facial, add a couple of drops of frankincense or lemon to your moisturizer at night. Remember to not put lemon on your skin before exposure to any sun!

Day Ten

Freshen Up!

Let's talk about all we can do with Purification! Try adding a few drops to a cotton ball and placing it in your vacuum bag to purify the air as you clean! You can also add a few drops to wool dryer balls or even a damp wash cloth to replace those chemical filled dryer sheets. It can also be added to a wood clothes pin and clipped on a car vent in lieu of car air fresheners!

Tip: 10 drops of purification + 10 oz of distilled water in a spray bottle! People and pups love it but bugs hate it!
